Lothian Homes have been approached by an estate agency in Costa Blanca area of Spain to collaborate on the selling of Spanish properties.
We have agreed to this because we feel this is the right fit for our company in 2021.
The Spanish Estate agency was formed by 2 friends in 2014 with the aim of putting confidence back into buying a property in Spain.
They have the same goals of honesty, loyalty and integrity and we both pride ourselves on our knowledge and vast array of experience of renting / selling property here in UK & Spain.
As a company we both pride ourselves on finding our clients the best properties available, including new builds, resales and rentals, to cater for all our client’s needs.

Diane started her housing career back in 1995 with West Lothian Council. She has been a private landlord since 1992. Over her 20+ years’ experience, Diane has progressed into management working for some well-known housing projects with Cyrenians, Crisis UK and West Lothian Council working within private sector services. She is very experienced in all aspects of lettings, property management, repairs, rent collections, housing legislation and housing benefits. Having built up a growing reputation for delivering a high standard of customer service.
Diane built her business on reputation and delivers a service to ensure Lothian Homes receives a lot of work through personal recommendations.
Collette has been working with Lothian Homes since September 2012. She has done intensive training with Diane over the initial few years. She has passed her CIH Level 3 – Letting & Managing Residential Property and will receive her MOL and Propertymark Qualification very soon in Sales. Part of these qualification is to obtain ongoing training to ensure her knowledge is kept up to date and now has incorporated this into her own day to day working practice with sales and rentals.
Collette is one of our letting agents covering most of the West Lothian properties. She makes sure that the correct tenants are matched into the right home to make it a stress free process for the tenants and landlords. She is our lead person dealing with the changes in Data Protection and the effects on our business. She attends all the required training to ensure we meet the requirements. Collette also keeps all of our social media up to date to let you know what amazing properties we have on the market.
Isla Maree has been working for Lothian Homes since March 2013. She has done intensive training with Diane & Collette over the initial few years. She has passed her CIH Level 3 – Letting & Managing Residential Property and will receive her MOL and Propetymark Qualification very soon.
Isla Maree is one of our Letting Agents covering mainly all our Edinburgh properties. She loves to make sure all her tenants are in a property that they are likely to stay long term to make it into their home. She has been the Agent tasked to be our expert on Universal Credits so she can look at the business implications and ensure all other staff know the affects on tenants’ benefits going forward to ensure it’s an easy transition to move the right tenant into the right property.
Samantha joined the Lothian Homes in January 2017. She started off as an assistant then was given the opportunity to become an agent. Samantha was given extensive training from Diane, Collette and Isla which helped her achieve her letting agent qualification CIH Level 3 – Letting & Managing Residential Property. She is currently working towards completing her MOL and Propertymark Qualification.
Samantha is responsible to ensure all other staff keeps their CPD training up to date and books all training courses to make sure staff are up to date with legal requirements that may affect the business. Samantha has personally private rented for over 5 years therefore she has a great understanding from a tenant’s point of view as well as an agent’s view. Samantha always provides a professional and friendly service to all customers.
Dylan has been with Lothian Homes since January 2022. Previously working an apprenticeship in business and administration Dylan fitted in well as our letting assistant, he is still learning but is enjoying developing his knowledge of the letting industry. As well as being trained by our letting agents Dylan has now passed his SVQ Level 3 Business and administration.
Dylan looks forward to continuing to build relationships with our Landlords and tenants as he is normally the first person you will speak to when contacting Lothian Homes. He is responsible for keeping all our administration processes up to date and ensures the Letting Agents have all required information for tenants and landlords.
